The place is beautiful, the design is wonderful, room was big and well set out. Hot tub on the balcony was a great bonus. Non alcoholic drinks in the minibar are complimentary, there is coffee and tea and complimentary mineral water and fruits. The staff is very welcoming, they provide help with everything. Restaurant had great service and food. Loved the high tea (complimentary). We used pool daily and also used the spa facilities and everything was great. From the booking process and communication, from arrival onwards this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Would definitely recommend.

The staff here are exceptionally friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and look after you so well. The buffet breakfast is amazing and so much choice. We also availed of the afternoon tea daily, where we got to try authentic local food. And they even provided some entertainment with musians playing live music. We throughly enjoyed our time here. So close to center of everything and would highly recommend a stay here.
