Everything was perfect. Awesome location, great staff and unique accomodation. As it is a little bit out of the main centre to properly enjoy it you should either be able to ride motorbike or bicycle. Bicycle hire was free and the roads are quiet so very nice to bike around to the attractions. On site restaurant and food was also great.

The host was amazing, she was so sweet, helpfull and a very hard worker. The room was sqeeky clean and very comfortable! And the food that her husband made was very delicious. On top of that is Trang an the most beautifull part of Ninh Binh if you ask me..... I def recomment this place ♡♡♡

Great hospitable family. We liked absolutely everything! Breakfast was great. They helped us book a tour around Ninh Binh. They also helped call a taxi. And it worked out cheaper for us than through an agency. The description of the hotel is true. The hotel also provides free bicycles which is very cool. The rooftop offers amazing views of the surrounding area of ​​Ninh Binh! Next time we will definitely stay with this family. Highly recommend.

Its actually quite nice to walk around early in the morning...

Its actually quite nice to walk around early in the morning before the other tourists arrive, but in reality it is a couple of quite nice by nothing special temples in the main complex, a nothing special temple out in a very scenic valley bewteen karst towers, and a totally uninspiring temple up quite a climb up some steep steps near the top of a hill.

Accept the offer of a motorbike tour at the gate to see it all, otherwise you’ll never find all the locations. Trust the locals. They are trying to make a living sure - as we all are. But you gotta trust that apart from the odd taxi driver, in Vietnam most people ARE NOT trying to rip you off. Yes people offering directions are doing just that like you would at home. And do give some money to the lady monks who hold out their hands when you visit. It is how they survive. Don’t be cheap and mean please! I witnessed some bad white people behaviour here and in Tam Coc and Hoi An. Try not to be an asshole!
