We loved staying in this hotel. From our warm welcome by Lily the manager to the end , we stayed twice, once for 3 nights and once for 1 night. Lily, the manager welcomed us warmly. The communication with her was amazing before during and after. In all our travels we have not met anyone so dedicated, professional and welcoming. She goes beyond her duties and is organised, super friendly and helpful. She organised 2 trips and transfers for us, it was peace of mind for us. All the other staff were very helpful and very lovely too. The room had an extra large bed a comfortable mattress and a large window which is not a given in Hanoi. The breakfast was good and plenty. The location is great, in the old quarter, close to everything, restaurants, cafes, shops and sights. If we come back to Hanoi we would stay here again without hesitation.

Great location and super helpful staff. We realised that I left my Apple AirPods in the room, Han took our WhatsApp call and got it delivered to the airport - at 1am in the morning! Just extraordinary stuff!

location staff was phenomenal, Thien was very helpful they surprised me with baloons, fruit and a cake because of my birthday bathroom was very nice bed was very big and comfortable I would definitely stay here again!
