The hotel was in a good location. It was clean and comfortable and the most important thing was the staff. Everyone was so kind and nice. They were helpful and they were always there whenever we needed help with simple questions or even helping us with a trip we booked and we were not able to communicate with the trip provider. Especially, Grace and Justin were both super and helped us with everything we needed! Breakfast was good and you could find a wide variety of foods!

Location was great. Just 5 minutes walking away from Hoan Kiem Lake. Staffs are very friendly. Thay provided us the direction of the places to be visited. At the time of check out they gave us a little gift.

The hotel is in a very central location, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Miss Kaycee recommended great restaurants and assisted us with booking tickets for the water puppet show. Miss Hong Tran also arranged a wonderful Halong Bay cruise with seamless transportation. The breakfast was fantastic, and the rooftop pool was the perfect spot to cool down and relax!
