Staff was very kind. We stayed one more night than planned. Breakfast was delicious. We can leave our suitcases here and travel to another city for a week. Area is very quiet.

The location was great. Ms Lilly & team were excellent. They made our first visit to Hanoi, such a great experience. Rooms have everything that is needed. For the price, it is well worth it.

What set this hotel distinctly, was the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff we met. We appreciate this cheerful and welcoming place whilst travelling. The coordinator was in touch with us frequently via WhatsApp or by booking messaging, so we felt we could always get an answer for any issue we had. We stayed for a few days with a room with a balcony, which overlooked the street. Although we could hear the bustle of the old quarter activity, we did enjoyed this room very much. The room is nicely lit with varied choices in lighting, the bathroom was clean and the water pressure was one of the best we have experienced. On our last night/ day through HaNoi, we couldn't get the balcony room, so instead our room had no window (except to a internal shaft), so looking at the positive, the room was very quiet due to this internal situation. (The staff did upgrade us from a smaller room to the family room for this one night, which we appreciated.) The hotel is located on a good street near Hoan Kiem lake (5minutes walk to lake and water puppet theatre), but fortunately the businesses were not loud bars (which are several blocks away) so we were glad that it was relatively quiet while still being conveniently located in the Old Quarter.
