Wow. What can I say. Perfectly located hotel in the old quarter. Really nice rooms. We had a internal room which was good because it was so quiet at night. The breakfast was nice enough . But most of all a special mention to Grace and all the staff. 5 star service and made us feel so welcome.They organised our cruise to Halong Bay, which was special Next time in Hanoi I will definitely return here. So good

Location was fantastic - located right in the centre of Hanoi Old town so it is in the middle of everything. Also special thanks to Mai and all the staff for making our stay feel truly special! Very accomodating and helpful. They helped me book Ninh Binh and Ha Long bay tours which were truly amazing and worth the money! If we ever return to Hanoi we will definitely stay here.
