The location is extremely convenient, and you can walk to any place in the old street. The room size is also very comfortable. What impressed us the most was their service, especially that of the manager, Grace. She was very patient, enthusiastic and willing to help. Our flight was delayed, and we didn't arrive until the early morning of the next day. She kindly took us to the spa downstairs to freshen up and even accompanied us to have breakfast. We are truly grateful. Staying in this hotel felt as warm and cozy as being at home.
