Everyone from staff was exceptionally kind, helpful and genuinely interested to make our stay comfortable and fun. Special compliments to the amazing Kim with whom we interacted the most and she went above and beyond to make sure we are having a memorable honeymoon trip. Our stay felt like being at home and surrounded with friends. Super location - central but not crazy busy. Nice rooms.

We enjoyed our stay in Hanoi E Central very much. It is a very comfortable hotel in the City Center of Hanoi, very close to the exciting Old Quarter. Rooms were spacious and cleaned up everyday, the breakfast was tasty and diverse. What we appreciated the most was the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff. Especially Rosie was always there to support us in trips recommendation, organization, restaurant selection, water puppet show tickets, airport transfer - everything! The location is great! Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Especially I would like to thank Jen! She was very helpful with advice and organising our transfers. The drivers and cars were great! Massage in their Spa was one of the best I had! Highly recommend this hotel to stay in Old Quarter!
