Everything. Beautiful, stylish hotel, great rooms, location is the best you can have in the middle of a shopping mall and super close to all the tourist attractions. Breakfast was perfect! on the 24th floor with incredible views and buffet as well as a la carte. Can’t get better than this!

The thing me, my wife and our baby the most like was the staff. They were unbelievably kind. Especially Loc( the assistant FOM), Kiet(the doorman), the lady Linh(from sales department). But in particular the hotel general manager Cong. Thank you all so much for making our holiday such a great experience. I will recommend this hotel to everybody around the world.

truly amazing hotel, clean, and just beautiful all around. Not to mention the great staff. This hotel staff went above and beyond in every possible way for all guests. The manager has either cherry picked these incurable staff or the went to the best hospitality school. We were truly amazed of high quality of the staff, the great quality of breakfast spread. What can I can more. I was truly in awe is this real. Bravo everyone. This is the hotel to stay if ever in Saigon. Simply the best!

My experience at Ben thanh markets was very disappointing.

My experience at Ben thanh markets was very disappointing. You can not just stroll and look and buy without vendors coming at us from all directions to buy. Ended up walking out from the stress of it all. Was not an enjoyable experience at all compared to other markets in Vietnamese.

This is my third year in a row and as usual went to my reliable ladies (3 sisters) at Shop 408-412. Excellent service and prices for shorts/tops etc. Use entrance on western side opposite money changers; second aisle on the right, head south and they are about 500 metres on the left hand corner . Please tell them "Papa " on the internet sent you.

I enjoy visiting markets, they are always enjoyable to wander around and sample some food but it's just a market. If you're in the city and near by, go visit, but I wouldn't describe it as a must see.

Good place to shop for local stuff to bring back to your country for gift. The money changer near the food stall has very good exchange rate. Unbelievable rate was slightly higher than market rate. Cashew nuts , white, black and even red peppers are available. Oh! And of course local fresh fruits. Must try durian, jackfruit and many more that I can’t name but must try. There are good.

This market is a busy but nice place to see!

This market is a busy but nice place to see! I enjoyed seeing all of the souvenirs and food for sale. I visited on my walkvietnam.com outdoor escape game, which led us through here. Definitely an experience not to miss in Ho Chi Minh

I loved it but make sure no mater what the price they give...

I loved it but make sure no mater what the price they give you to say half of that. They were always taking it. But the prices on the shoes and things which are nice to me are at a good price already. Watch out for these people running around trying to clean your shoes they want way too much and just start doing them even if you say no.

Great location, near some great restaurants, bars, Ben thanh market etc. Modern feel, rooftop cafe and space was exposed to the sun all day which is great. Pool is small but adequate, views are great I needed to check out late and shower etc and it was no problem to use the facilities as normal. They allowed me use of the sister hotel around the corner which meant a pre flight rooftop sauna and shower. Quality

Amazing location near to Ben Thanh market and many other fancy restaurants. Hotel was in a very safe area with many places open for late night eats. Staff in the hotel were very professional and accommodating to guest requests. The shower pressure and water heat in my room was amazing. Had the best shower ever in a hotel! My partner and I would definitely come back to stay here if we drop by Ho Chi Minh City again.

Less than 10mn walk to airport with heavy suitcases, exit either domestic or international terminals and go left all the way through the bus and taxi car park, turn right at the gate then first left, the hotel is on the next street on your right. very quiet clean spacious and comfortable, great free pool, sauna and steam room. Bus 152 takes you to city centre (independence palace and Ben thanh market) in 25mn or so for 5000VND.

All the staff members were very friendly, and the room conditions and facilities were good for the price, as well as the breakfast. Also in close proximity to museums and street food outlet with many take-away options. Hotel lobby and lift was accessible. The staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and spacious and accommodated 3 adults comfortably. Breakfast buffet was delicious a had a choice for all taste. Spa on site with good offerings.

If you decide to go to the Ben Thanh market, be prepared to...

If you decide to go to the Ben Thanh market, be prepared to have you bargaining hat on. Everyone is friendly but there's a lot of grabbing and there is no air conditioning so it can be a bit overwhelming. Be comfortable with the currency conversion too so you can definitely grab some real bargains on souvenirs to take home; especially things like coffee and decorative lanterns and furniture. Opposite the Ben Thanh market and opposite the HCMC Fine Arts Museum is a brilliant street to buy antiques.
