Staff were friendly and helpful, room was neat and clean, not much of a view however very central to downtown LA - the 24 hour Coffee/Chai tea was most appreciated and simply delicious as was the Breakfast to go!

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Masuma and her friend (whose name unfortunately escapes me) for their incredible hospitality and company! From the very start, they made us feel at home and made our stay even more special. Their kindness, care, and attention to every detail truly made a difference. People like them make any trip so much more memorable. Our hotel stay was also absolutely wonderful! The hotel is impeccable and exceeded all our expectations. Even though our room was next to the front desk, it was incredibly quiet, ensuring peaceful nights of sleep. The bathroom was always clean and well-maintained, reflecting the staff’s commitment to guests’ comfort. Additionally, the location was perfect, making it easy to access everything we needed. It was our second time at the Omni, and at the reception desk we were warmly welcomed and everything has been done to find us the best room with a great view. The beds are perfect and you have the perfect équipement in the room (docking station to listen to music, coffee, wardrobe a bath and a shower…) the restaurant is really nice for breakfast but in the area you have so many great places that we only went once. Having a pool in downtown LA is so great. Really the OMNI offers a 5 star standing hotel for a very decent price. The hotel is perfectly located near Olveira street, hoxton rooftop , the mocca…
