We simply love this Hotel, we liked absolutely everything, the new rooms, clean, quiet, the location is perfect, you are close to the beach, 3 blocks walking and also from restaurants and everything in general but we want to leave a special mention for everyone who works in the Hotel, Front Desk, doorman, cleaning staff We schedule breakfast, included, which is in a nice restaurant next to the Hotel with very healthy and tasty options

No question that this is an iconic place and deserve a slow...

No question that this is an iconic place and deserve a slow saunter and look at all the buildings. But it is a noisy place with many restaurants and bars. Great to look at but I most definitely won't stay on any of the hotel on this road.

We got up at 7.00 am and walked along the boardwalk looking at all the people excercising in the cool of the morning. Probably my favourite time of the day on Ocean drive. The iconic Miami Beach. People playing volleyball etc. we had breakfast at The Betsy Hotel 144 Ocean Drive. Expensive but worth it. We ate on the terrace watching the world go by. The Versace House on Ocean Drive is now a restaurant, people were taking photos of themselves outside which all seemed a bit disrespectful and ghoulish.

Too crowded and out of control.

Too crowded and out of control. People playing football next to our dinner table and had the ball nearly hit us a few times. Pot smoke every where so plan on getting high just walking down the street. This is not the South Beach ten years ago. Go to Ft Lauderdale if you want less craziness.

The staff is very helpful, they always answered our questions, they helped. The cleaning was at a normal level. we are given new towels when we want. Towels and umbrellas are also provided for the beach. The beds were wide and comfortable. There was a hair dryer and an iron in the room. The most important feature of the hotel is its location. It is a 5-minute walk to Ocean Drive. There were markets and restaurants around the hotel.

My stay in this apartment was mixed. The place definitely has potential, but the overall quality of the stay needs improvement. The fully equipped kitchen with a stove and a large refrigerator was truly convenient. The apartment is bright and sunny. The location is excellent, with windows facing Ocean Drive and the beach just a short walk away.

The service at the Pelican was excellent. Our room was spacious and clean with nice bed linen and the bathroom was clean too. We liked how the rooms were individually furnished. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and really enjoyed the food. The hotel is in a great location on Ocean Drive and 2 deck chairs (no umbrella) on the beach are included in the room rate. A complimentary cocktail is offered between 4-7pm each day, water is replaced in the room each day and there is a 20% discount off food from 6-11pm for hotel guests.

Julian was amazing and super friendly, helpful, and really made our stay easier. The hotel’s location is perfect, right on Ocean Drive in the heart of Miami. You can walk to plenty of restaurants, and the beach is just a two-minute walk away. The place is clean, cozy, and the staff is very kind. We highly recommend staying here!

Stroll Collins Ave and Lincoln Road.

Stroll Collins Ave and Lincoln Road. Of course include Ocean Drive where is good to get a drink at sunset. Espagnola Way should be visited for a nice dinner.Botanic Garden is also easy to reach for good walkers.

Avoid restaurants on ocean drive that do not display prices on their menus!!! Especially when they lure you in for their 'buy 1 get 1 free' then you find out the '1' cost $40 - without tax and without the 18% service charge that as added on top at EVERY restaurant/bar along ocean drive
