The room was very clean and spacious, there was plenty of tea and coffee that was refilled every day and the hotel was generally very quiet. The neighbourhood is quiet but with many cool bars and restaurants a short walk away in Greenpoint or Williamsburg, and good bakeries and bagel places around the corner. The subway is 10 minutes walk away.

Up market and ideal for conducting a breakfast meeting. Front desk staff and General Manager were very helpful in sorting out an issue I had with international adapters.
