I stayed in this hotel on the 26th of march and it was my first time in this hotel chain and in Miami. I was very satisfied, however, the highlight of my stay was the welcoming and helpful personalities of the highly professional Ms. Marta and Ms. Almu at the reception desk. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were originally from Spain and were doing an excellent job in an american environment. I was travelling alone for the first time and they made me feel at home. Thank you!

The room was very nice. The pullout beds were comfortable. The AC worked well and pentry had everything you needed except a microwave. The hotel was really close to the Bayside Marketplace and its restaurants. We would gladly come back.

The bed was super comfy, lights were cool, very good location and proximity to the port. Staff were kind and helpful, coffee was nice. Loved this place and will deff come back. Gym was a great addition as well as the pool, which we didn't use cause the weather was rough.
