Vacation home away from home. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The counter staff were polite and helpful in answering my queries (especially Olivia). The room was spacious for my family of 5 (including three teenagers). The living room and the bedrooms were clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils for a home-cooked meal. There is a bathroom jacuzzi tub for two pax, but we didn't have the chance to enjoy it. They also service the apartment every other day. The washing and dryer machine was a bonus to travel light. Wifi connection was fast and reliable. The location was incredible, and there was complimentary transport pick-up/drop-off service to the various major theme parks (Disney and Universal). The site is also within 10 min drive to the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlet.
