It was the first hotel I stayed in for a long time where you genuinely seemed to like your guests. I travel a lot for work and always the hotels seem to hate their guests - this was extremely pleasant.

Exceptional hotel - felt like a real home away from home Design of the hotel is stunning - attention to detail is outstanding - it is immediately clean and beds are so comfortable The staff are excellent- especially Jerry who was an absolute joy she was so welcoming and helpful recommending a fabulous Mexican restaurant close to the hotel - Thank you Jerry ! I cant recommend The Madison enough! Stay here you won’t be disappointed

It's the second time I stay here, it's a great location near the downtown of the city at a fair price. The room is big, the fridge is big and it was very clean. It was near the American Airlines Center so it help a lot when going to a concert.

Excellent location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance and very easy access to public transport. The DART station is right in front of the building and goes straight to the American Airlines Center which was very convenient. The parking garage felt secure and there was always space available. We also enjoyed the pool area a lot. The Keurig coffee maker in the apartment was a nice touch. The neighborhood has a lively atmosphere especially on weekends which we actually found fun.

Fantastic apartment Well equipped. High floor, great views of the city Big TV Washer / dryer Would be a fantastic spot if going the American Airlines center, unfortunately NOTHING was on during my stay. Parking easy and secure. Concierge helpful. Coffee shop really good and well priced (discount for locale)

Amazing space smack dab in the middle of downtown. Really close (15 mins walk) to the American Airlines Center where you can catch an NBA or NHL game. The space was huuge, with big comfortable bathrooms (one for each room), and spacious living room, fully furnished kitchen. A big plus was the bathroom included shampoo, gel and conditioner that was surprisingly very nice. The wi-fi speed was also really good. The parking was included in the price and for what you get, It's a steal. Amazing customer support and responsiveness.
