Hotel is in a good location and hotel staff was professional and courteous while we were there. Room was clean and well kept. The hotel smelled clean and great. It’s new experience to us for the hotel’s birds, trees, forest wall paper and decorations.

If I could give this hotel an 11 that is what I would do! The check-in experience was amazing. Maruko was quite simply the most impressive hotel clerk I have ever met. She provided us with very helpful advice for our trip, and did everything in such a cheerful and effective way that one could not help but to be impressed. She even left us with a lovely, hand-written card at the end (complete with very cute pictures which she drew). I may frame this card :) After staying previously at a hotel in Taipei which did not meet our expectations, it was such a joy to stay at the CityInn. Everything was done just in the right way. It was clean, restful and smart. They kept our luggage for us as we travelled around which made a huge difference. Obvously I would stay here again - indeed I don't think there is anywhere else I would even think about staying in Taipei.

Overall excellent place. Even as you enter the lobby there is a wonderful smell, rooms are very specious, Extremly clean and friendly and helpful staff. Located within walking distance to green and orange MRT.

The rooms are spacious, the beds super big, very comfortable for my family of four. The rooms were very clean and tidy every time we came back. There's a 7eleven downstairs, 2 MRT stations nearby (Taipei Arena and Nanjing Fuxing). The staff at the door who greeted us when we came on the first day and helped us with our luggage was so enthusiastic in sharing nearby spots and Taipei itineraries with us. This experience made us feel welcomed and so happy to return to the hotel every day.
