I liked the room. The room and staff were exceptional. My Mom loved the breakfast buffet. The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff helped us with so many things. I didn't bring enough cash to a store 🏬. I came back to the hotel and paid the hotel in cash. They helped me pay the store and sent the items to me in HK. I thought that was excellent. They also helped my family get a half day tour to FuGuang Shan. Thanks for the great service.

Excellent hotel, good location, very modern and clean and well appointed. There was a lounge where you could get free snacks and drinks in the afternoon. The breakfast was excellent. Free parking in the basement. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is new and clean. The rooms are stylish and cozy. The best part is they open up the 16 floor with some snacks and drinks for people who came earlier before the check in time. This is a great idea as most hotels just have the guests to wait at the lobby. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very close to the subway and night market.
