The hotel staff is very attentive and excellent service. They even contacted me and help to arrange the courier for the sunglass that I left in the room after check out.

*** Need to improve in 12F The staff in 12F SPA Pool need to be more professional with need-to-retrain English skills to be more polite to customers, particularly in executive class. The action of rejected customers asking for help with unprofessional English while just playing with her mobile phone was unacceptable (April 4, 2025, during the 3pm to 5pm session). Furthermore, as I asked about massage service in 1F front desk, the staff told me there is no massage service in the hotel, so I need to walk into the SPA Center in 12F and booked by myself. Marriott is a world-class hotel, so the staff need better training in communications with foreign customers, not just with the ones who can speak Chinese.

This hotel has an ideal location: a short walk from the Kaohsiung Main Train Station, a slightly longer walk from the Formosa MRT stop and very close to one of the night markets. The rooms are modern and very clean. The staff, especially the breakfast staff, were very friendly and helpful. They offer free snacks and drinks in the afternoon with a happy hour from 18:00-19:00, a really nice bonus!

Hotel Dùa is conveniently situated within a minute’s walk from MRT Formosa Boulevard Station and a 7-minute walk to the popular Liuhe Night Market.

Beautiful hotel, so clean, comfortable and elegant. Staff are fantastic. Right beside the red and orange MRT lines for easy travel around the city.
