The service was outstanding. I arrived having lost my phone in the taxi; the bell team immediately recalled the cab number, contacted the driver, and had it returned—above-and-beyond. Location is convenient and walkable from the Taipei main area (although closer to Beimen). The entire stay was so well thought out - you can tell that the owners really paid attention to the details including accommodating your late check ins despite not being staffed after 7pm, giving extremely detailed and clear instructions for your check in, extremely comfortable beds, labelling of everything around, etc. Good and safe experience for solo travelers. Each bed is like its own self sustaining pod to hide within with dedicated charging, hangers, light, large lockers provided, decent sound proofing around.

The hotel is very close to Taipei Main Station. There are plenty of restaurants around the area. It is even close to shops like Uniqlo, Net, Cosmed, Watsons, and Mistukoshi. Since we like to walk, we walked from Ximending Night Market back to our hotel twice in a row, at ease! The room we stayed in was big and clean. We really liked the drink freebies daily. The hotel staff let us leave our luggage so we could roam around freely, since our flight was in the evening.

Great style. Super friendly staff. Great location for public transport. In the middle of Ximen burt quiet. Responsible fact that the room is cleaned every second day (fresh towels and water are handed out every day).
