I cannot think about any detail they must improve. Location to 3 min on foot to Hagia Sophia is great.Rooms and the beds are large, clean and comfortable. They arrange the transports from the airport and even have sim cards available in the reception, what will make you save time to enjoy the city instead of looking for a reliable shop to purchase one. Breakfast is very good and the views from the terrace where it is served are awesome. Last but not least the staff are among the nicest I've ever met in a hotel

From the get go, the team were extremely helpful and responsive. In particular, the hotel manager arranged breakfast earlier than usual as we had an early flight. The room was comfortable and clean with lovely touches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

I liked everything about the Hotel. Very well located in Sultanhamet, close to many attractions, public transportation and the sea, but still in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel's Staff was it’s best value. Miss Oumaima, in charge of Guest Relations, was one of the Jewels of the hotel. She was always ready to give you a helping hand and make you feel at home. Sema in the restaurant, Mustafa, and those at the Reception desk were also attentive, willing to help with anything. The Hotel offered all the services needed for an enjoyable visit. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy and have great memories of their stay in Istanbul. I will definitely return

Hagia Sophia

In 537 AD, Hagia Sophia began life as a church, before becoming an Ottoman mosque in 1453. The largest cathedral in the world for almost a thousand years, this majestic building is considered one of the finest surviving examples of Byzantine architecture. Today, you can explore its vast structure from the inside with a visit to the museum that’s now housed within the walls.

Not worth the money to go! Very dissapointing. Also they try to swindle you & upsell on the ticket price from €25 to €50, so you end up paying double for a less than mediocre experience. Avoid at all cost.

Queues, Queues and more queues. But worth it. Do not bother with the AR experience which costs an extra 1250 TL (£25) each. The entrance is roughly £25 to get in if you buy it at the ticket office, make sure you ask for the basic tour otherwise they include the AR experience as a default. Amazing mosaics and beautiful architecture.

This greekorthodox monument, one of the greatest for the christianity worldwide, is questionably managed by the modern Turkish state, after it was recently converted to a mosque (since there are so many of them, I really wonder why) The entrance for the tourists is allowed only at the 2nd floor, missing that way, an amazing perspective of this exceptional temple, that you can have only from the ground floor. You simply get half the pleasure! At least, you can have a glance of the unique mosaics covered by white pieces of cloth, due to religious restrictions. Anyway, don't miss it!

Sadly tourists can only go around the upper level. Previously you could get in on the ground floor and experience the wonderful open space of the huge dome above you. It is still possible to see some of the dome and the structure is very interesting but a slight disappointment. However , it is an amazing old structure. Small number of mosaics still visible. Better and more extensive mosaics at the Kariye Camii if mosaics are of interest.

This was the most incredible part of Istanbul.

This was the most incredible part of Istanbul. Again ensure proper attire or you have to pay for covering. The interplay of Christianity and the Muslim faith, and neither chose to desicrate the other. Just be aware that you will only be able to visit the upper section unless you're a practising muslim.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel, primarily due to its unbeatable proximity to Hagia Sophia and the exceptional kindness of the owner. The location made exploring the historical center effortless, but it was the owner's unparalleled helpfulness and warmth that truly made our trip. They were incredibly attentive, generous with their time and advice, and made us feel genuinely cared for from check-in to check-out.

We booked a room with a sea view, and the view was beautiful, even during breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, the Wi-Fi was good, and the hotel's location was ideal, close to Sultanahmet train station, Hagia Sophia, and the Grand Bazaar. The price was good, the place was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable.

The room was nice and cosy. The bathroom, including the shower, was also very nice, even though small. The staff were very kind, even though there is no real reception (it is not a usual hotel) — it’s just a man (sometimes more like a boy) sitting at a small desk with a computer right next to the door. The location is good: Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque are about 5 minutes away by a brisk (but uphill) walk. The price–quality ratio is overall good, at least outside the high season

My room overlooked the Topkapi palace. On the other side of the hotel you can see Hagia Sophia a block away. The breakfast is incredible. The view on one side is Hagia Sophia, on the other is Topkapi palace, and on the other is the Bosphorus!! Mezze of several cheeses, dips, pickles, fresh veges and fruits, continental cereal, yogurt, juices, scrambled eggs, yummy feta pastries not sure what they are called. So so good.
