The front office team at Divan and their manager were very professional and attentive. Before arriving I sent them an email asking them to make an effort because I was on my honeymoon, and they upgraded me to a suite with a very nice decoration and a personalized letter that they left on the disk. I would like to thank them for their kindness and professionalism. This is my second time staying with them, and I will never hesitate to go there every time I am in Istanbul.

The view over the bosphorus was mind blowing. The best hotel view in Istanbul I ever had. The staff are very professional and helpful. Ms Shukran at the check in was splendid!! Professional, beautiful and very helpful. Mr Hassan at the check out was very nice and professional too. The rooms are large, very comfortable and clean. Excellent breakfast, large variety of cheeses. The bars and restaurants have great music and beautiful vibes.
