We really enjoyed our stay. The manager and the staff are very lovely and helpful. Our room was spacious and well equipped. There is a Turkish style buffet for breakfast with everything you need. There is also a pool but we only used it once. At 17:00 o'clock there is tea time where all guests are invited into the garden. Tea and sweet and savory pastries are served. The city center and the sea can be reached by foot in a few minutes. Parking available right in front of the house.

Food venues were excellent, using top quality fresh ingredients and comfortable outside seating overlooking the beach. The beach and water were warm with small breakers. However, you had to avoid walking on waste/debris in the sand. One of the highlights was have a Turkish barber provide a full head clean, shave, wax, and massage.

A small, neat, and clean hotel run by very friendly and helpful owners. It's in a great location, right next to the beach (Ladies Beach) and the promenade, yet still offering peace and quiet. The view from the room's balcony is one of the best I've ever had - worth every penny. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful, and in the evenings, you can enjoy the bar and have a pleasant evening. It's a wonderful place - we definitely want to return, certainly for a longer stay.

Spacious room with plenty of storage, thoughtful amenities, and a comfortable mattress. Everything was spotless. We enjoyed lovely views of Samos Island from our room. The pool area was clean and inviting, and the dining area had a pleasant terrace overlooking the pool. The hotel is just a short walk from Ladies Beach, and the central bus station is about five minutes away by taxi (around 150 TL) or can be reached by minibus No. 5, which also stops at Kusadasi Port.

I think the location is amazing, it's a 5 mins walk from the Ladies Beach. So it basically gives you a buffer from all the noise that could be there on the beach and safely puts you at a distance of the hustle-bustle whenever you would want to join it! I think the hotel owners and the staff are super friendly! - also the breakfast is free and totally amazing, super flavourful and makes you feel home in the Mediterranean.

The place was clean , the apartment was lovely , the beds were comfortable . The views were beautiful . The pool was lovely . The staff were lovely and very helpful . The location is quiet and probably best with a car , however taxis were cheap and we walked most nights to ladies beach where the restaurant were , which was 15 mins walk although up hill in way back but at least we walked off our meal.

The location is good, half way between ladies beach and city centre, the bus runs frequently and we used it daily (25 lira per person). It's a lovely stroll in the morning or evening into the centre.The views are amazing and the pool has both full sun and shade all through the day. The apartments are big in size ours had bunk bed, single bed and double bed. Ali is a great host and was very helpful during our stay.

There was a great and very clean pool! Also the location of the hotel is just 3 minutes by foot from the Ladies beach. It was definitely okay value for the money we've spent. The food was okay. There are plenty of cats, and we adore them 😍

Hotel is positioned right next to the Ladies Beach, Migros market and bus stop for bus number 5 that goes to the Center, markets and Kusadasi castle. Wi-fi was good and there is a fridge and stove in the kitchen. There is no designated parking but plenty of spaces to park right next to the hotel. On top of the hotel there are tables with chairs and a small pool. Great view to the sea from there!
