Nice, clean hotel, the staff is kind and attentive to the guests. Istanbul airport is about 40 minutes - 1 hour by car (depending on traffic). They can book/call a taxi at the hotel, which was a big help for us. The breakfast was delicious. I recommend the hotel’s restaurant, very delicious foods, drinks and desserts are available. Just a small thing: some member of the staff there unfortunately doesn't know much English. The Grand Bazar is about a 15mins walk from the hotel, and other attractions can also be easily reached by public transport or a longer walk.

Stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Istanbul Old City was truly delightful. From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Each morning, the breakfast buffet was a real treat, featuring a enough array of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. The location of the hotel could not be more perfect. It’s just a short walk to fabulous sites like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, plus the tram stop is nearby which makes getting around Istanbul a breeze. The area around the hotel is bustling with shops, cafes, and restaurants that offer a glimpse into the local and interesting Arab culture and cuisine. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Overall, the service and amenities provided great value. I would highly recommend the Ramada by Wyndham Istanbul Old City to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and friendly place to stay in Istanbul.

The Person named SAMET INCEKARA from the Customer Care was indeed a real professional and indeed a GEM!! They treated me like a KING! This is how a customer should be treated always. They offered free Breakfast which was indeed not included in my package and the kept asking twice daily if I needed anything or if there are any complaints. I have referred them to all my business and family contacts and I am sure they will feel at home while being at Akgun Hotel. I LOVE YOU GUYS!!

Very nice hotel. The room was spacious and we had an amazing view on Mihrimah Sultan and Fatih mosques. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety. The hotel is close to the Metro M1A/M1B line and is also at a 10mn walk to the T1 tram station which gives direct access to the old city (takes about 15mn by Tram). Special thanks to Samet Incekara who was very nice to us and always helpful.
