The receptionist is really nice, i think his name is Nur Din. He gladly accommodate to get to the room when i arrive early in the morning after a long flight. The room is very good in overall, and well-cleaned when we got there. The rest of the staff are also nice and sweet, they are very helping when we got confused on certain things. The receptionist may also help you get a taxi to the airport, and he helped us get the XL car with a very reasonable price.

Everything was beyond perfect. The room was really comfortable, the staff amazing. They’re always offering things to drink. They accepted all our demands. Very nice hotel. The room was spacious and we had an amazing view on Mihrimah Sultan and Fatih mosques. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety. The hotel is close to the Metro M1A/M1B line and is also at a 10mn walk to the T1 tram station which gives direct access to the old city (takes about 15mn by Tram). Special thanks to Samet Incekara who was very nice to us and always helpful.
