I have a excellent stay in shangri la as always. But the different thing is first time I am in Turkey as well . The hotel is very nice,all of staff is very friendly and very helpful. Especially, I would like to thank you to Cansu who is making my stay more comfortable and polite and friendly person. As well as thank you to Ozgen for nice view room.She was very kind.Breakfast was very good.and thanks to Derya, Murat for serving and being nice too.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. Staff were friendly and most importantly spoke English and were able to advise ys on our outings. The hotel is clean and location is very convenient. It was very easy to always order uber or taxi or even walj few steps to catch one. Only improvement would be the breakfast buffet to have more variety.

I’m often in istanbul for business needs & prefer to stay at Mecidiyekoy, Melas hotel is perfectly matching my needs for location, quality, price & comfort. Staff is very welcoming & friendly, in particular guest relation & bell boy, who kept arranging me fair taxis. Who was in Istanbul know how tricky taxis are here. It was my birthday & hotel nicely congratulated me with piece of cake ☺️ Tried swiping pool & massage, all was good. Will be definitely back here
