The location, the staff, the hotel... everything was great. The views from the room were awesome. Beds were very comfortable, and the staff helped us all along our stay. We loved the Shang Palace restaurant and Chi spa. All around an excellent place. It was definitely the best hotel we've stayed in Istanbul.

The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious and the staff is very helpful and competent. They go out of your way to make you feel at home. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety buffet and also a la carte options. I also had dinner at the lounge one night and the food was excellent. I have stayed there a few times now and it was a great experience every time. I will certainly go back.
