The hotel is in an excellent location. All the staff are extremely kind and friendly — from the security guard at the entrance, to the receptionists, the breakfast staff, and the cleaners. The hotel is neat and clean. Compliments to the breakfast — it was very interesting to try foods that are not part of a typical European breakfast, and everything was delicious. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back when we get the chance.

1. Great location, not far from the night market and bus station, also close to the river, can see some night scenery. 2.Including really good value of the breakfast buffet, simple but really worth it the price. 3.Staff really friendly and always smile, greeting to customer. 4.Provide free bottle of fresh water!! This is the best part of the hotel! Very generous. 5.Even you already check out, you can leave your luggage in the lobby for free(not over night). Really sweet for this part.

Wat Pho

Home to the famous giant reclining Buddha, Wat Pho is one of the largest and most beautiful temples in Bangkok. You can spend a relaxing few hours wandering the grounds, sitting in the shade and snapping photographs. It’s also highly recommended to enjoy a medical massage at the school – it might hurt a bit, but afterwards you’ll be walking on air.

Take a water taxi from Saphan Taksin station up to Wat Pho.

Take a water taxi from Saphan Taksin station up to Wat Pho. It is well worth the visit. Go earlier it can get very crowded. Beware if you get a massage at the school there, it can be a very long wait, and it will be double the cost. Instead do the trip then go to Phrom Phong BTS station and go to Phunee massage, 350Bht for an hour long foot massage. Wonderful. Ive been going there for 10 years.

Wat Pho captivates with its distinctive Buddha idol, a striking departure from the typical figures found in most Buddhist temples. While the entry fee leans slightly towards the higher end, it remains reasonable and well worth the experience. The temple and its surroundings exude a quaint, tranquil charm, offering a serene and impeccably maintained retreat. Its prime location further enhances its appeal, with a host of nearby attractions just waiting to be explored.

Get an English speaking guide for sure so you can learn about the monuments and the buddhas. Without the guide, we would have learned nothing since there are no English translations in the descriptions.

Get there early - depending where you are staying - catch river boat from central pier to wat Po. Visit the massage school and have an oil massage - great experience and I’ve had limited pain with an old injury since - well worth the visit.

Awe inspiring.

Awe inspiring. If you only visit one temple in Bangkok, make it this one. The boat doesn't seem to stop there at the moment, so you need to go by road. Try visiting later in the day - the light is beautiful then.

The hotel location is excellent, being 2 minutes walk from Wat Pho and five minutes from the Metro and river bus pier. The delightful breakfast is taken by the river, the hotel is spotless and the room has all that you need with a very comfortable King sized bed.

This hotel is INCREDIBLE. Location, staff and accomodation is a 10/10! The hotel is literally in between the 2 most important temples of the city, Wat Arun and Wat Pho that makes it easier to get to know everything! The food from the restaurant, the breakfast and the rooftop were amazing as well! The staff was the kindiest. But the BEST thing is really the view from the rooms! I would ABSOLUTELY come back!
