The hotel’s location, cleanliness, and the taste of the breakfast — everything was amazing. But the hotel staff were even better than all of that. They were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. It was clear they had excellent service training — even down to placing the coffee cup according to the guest's preference. They fulfilled special requests with great care and attention. We also experienced the earthquake during our stay at this hotel, and they handled the crisis remarkably well, making us feel safe throughout. I’m truly grateful to all of them. From the housekeeping staff to the reception, from the chef who prepared the delicious breakfasts to the attentive servers — this was the best staff experience I’ve ever had.

Good food court on the top floor and we enjoyed a movie here...

Good food court on the top floor and we enjoyed a movie here too on a hot day. Loads of stores if you feel like a bit of shopping. Is filled with escalators that go very high up so if you're scared of heights maybe use the lift. :)

Terminal 21 is beautiful.

Terminal 21 is beautiful. So many shops, food court, they have a four story escalator. A Robinson grocery. Must see each floor has a theme on cities of the world. Frisco chicago and others. A good way to spend on a rainy day.

Love the food centre and the variety of shops here.

Love the food centre and the variety of shops here. Had a fun day exploring everything. Even when we come back late from a day of shopping, the small cafes, food court and restaurants are still open. Best place to stay near to.

A great hotel in a popular district. A short walk to Terminal 21 (shopping centre and train station) which is super convenient when travelling around Bangkok. The room was really clean, bed really comfortable, spacious room and bathroom, loved having the coffee machine in the room as well. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here.

It is a small boutique hotel with very, very big rooms and very big and comfortable beeds, also nice bathroom and cosmetic corner. Everything is super fine. Very close ( 5 min walking) to the shopping center Terminal 21, very close to 7/11 ( just on the side of the hotel), 1 minute walking… very close to Starbucks ( 2 min walking). The jacuzzi in the bathroom is a big plus. Really nice hotel, we will be coming back. Lowrise building , not huge but very convinient.

Very convienient hidden location behind terminal 21 mall. unlike a big hotel this place is more homely without any hustle bustle of the city in a small soi. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay. You can find ample convienient stores, massage centers and even a cat cafe oposite of the road . just 2,3min walk to BTS as well.

Lovely newly renovated hotel with comfortable bed, sockets near bed, great lighting, lots of storage and black out curtains. They provide lots of snacks and drinks (to purchase) in the room. Location is close to 7/11, restaurants, shops and terminal 21 mall. Other malls easily walkable too. They have massage services available within the building (doors next to elevators).

Close to the Terminal 21 mall and the ASOK BTS. There is a 24/7 foodland downstairs which is very convenient and the restaurant is also very packed and decently priced. 7/11 is a 5 min walk from the hotel and starbucks is also nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were big and clean with great views over the city and the cleaning ladies did their job very well.

The pool is absolutely amazing! Especially the swim up bar, and the sunset is gorgeous! The breakfast was a massive highlight, a great selection. The omelette, lemon meringue pie/strawberry cheesecake & chocolate cookies were insanely good. All the service was great, everyone was lovely! Great location, the skybus & terminal 21 mall were super close. I’d definitely recommend, the twin room was small but pretty standard for a hotel. & the beds were super comfy!

Noise isolated room, good bed, good shower pressure. The breakfast with plenty of choice for non Asians as well. Good swimming pool for a dip. The location is perfect: close to Terminal 21 and restaurants and bars. For us is the third time we stay at this hotel.
