IrelandWe were supposed to stay for 3 nights but we ended up staying for 9 nights! We loved it so much here, we were gutted to leave. Staff so lovely, helpful they make you feel right at home from the minute you come here. They are like one big family.The room was lovely and bright, bed very comfortable, good aircon. We did OW20 course while here with Zach who is amazing in every way! We hope to come back here again sometime. Definitely our favourite stay while travelling!

The staff was always available and the room was cleaned every day. Chill out area by the pool.
The room was big, the bathroom was nice. Was our 2nd best bathroom in 30 days traveling.
They left 2 waters every day and there was a kettle.
The location is great but you need a scooter.
Would stay again but on the 1st floor

Shark Bay
While it may be tricky to get to – the dirt road is windy and steep – it’s well worth the effort to make the trek to Shark Bay. As the name suggests, it’s one of the best places in Koh Tao to see blacktip and whitetip sharks, as well as a whole host of other creatures. Just watch out for sea urchins on the seabed, as it’s quite shallow for quite a way out into the water.

Loved this beach, fine and white.
Loved this beach, fine and white. It does get busy and a bit noisy with boats towards end of the day coming in for the clear warm waters to snorkel. It was worth it though. I stayed at the Rocky Resort with a beautiful view from my balcony, where I spent hours drinking in the view and all the tropical sounds. Hindsight, wished I stayed longer!

A beautiful villa with a much more wonderful view to the shark bay. The location was great, not in the center, you have to take a taxi or drive to get there. The house was amazing, had everything we needed. We loved our stay there. Definitely coming back when in Koh Tao.

The location on the shark bay was amazing. One of the best bays on the island. There are sea turtles, a variety of fish and coral. Good snorkeling. There is a restaurant on the beach and a luxurious pool right on the water. Free kayak and SUP for an hour. The room is very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the bay. Includes a comfortable seating area. .

Great room opposite the pool. Loved the pool, great for swimming and clean. Beach wasn't best for swimming as very shallow, I walked around to better beaches. As an older couple, there were mainly young people on this island, I did do some snorkeling at Shark Bay which I walked to.

Charming, clean, and comfortable. The pool is even better than it looks in the photos. We only stayed one night but really loved it. Attached to the resort (though I don’t think it’s officially part of it) there’s a lovely little restaurant. Shark Bay and the pier are just a few minutes away by scooter (the pier is even walkable). Compared to other hillside options, this location is definitely preferable, as you avoid steep, winding, and potentially dangerous roads. Overall, great value for money.

- Great location on top of a hill, walk uphill was a good exercise. Good restaurants within 10 min walking, and Shark Bay (excellent snorkelling site) is also a 10 min walk.
This was by far our favourite hotel during our Thailand trip, would not hesitate to book again!

The staff was always available and helpful, we really appreciated it! Our family appartment was clean and well equipped. We had mineral water every day. Several restaurants and shops are around in walking distance. Shark Bay is about 20min walk. I recommend!

The staff were incredibly helpful, they gave us a lot of information on checkin and printed off a map for us when we wanted to leave our phones in the room to go snorkelling.
The hotel also picked us up and dropped us off at the pier, but specific times only.
We could rent snorkels from the hotel for cheap.
The location was perfect for us, only a short walk to shark bay.
It was nice having a pool, which was open 24/7.
