What can I say about this hotel. More than you will ever expect. The rooftop pool? Able to enjoy day and night? Without many people? Karon magic! The jacuzzi and hot steam? Paradise. The massage ladies? Professional and happy to serve, with decent prices? The room? Stylishly decorated, big size, excellent shower size and function. Food? A lot to try for everyone, reasonably priced for Phuket. Excellent vegetarian options with European or Thai-style food too! Peaceful, in walking distance from everything. The breakfast was excellent quality and the staff? The best, with first of all the Manager that is always present, his door is always available to knock if you ever need anything and all these come with big smiles and polite personnel. Highly recommended

We loved this hotel staying for 3nites. Good location near local high street with great restaurants and cafes. As it's a recently built hotel that things are very nice and clean. And staff were nice.

Everything was amazing; the room, the shower, the air-conditioning BUT THE STAFF MADE THIS 10000X BETTER ! I would like to thank Scott for his kindness and for always checking on us that everything is smooth - we could just message him on whatsapp and he would just respond after a couple of minutes. And of course you have to try their amazing loaded fries and burgers since they are one the best I have ever had in the world. Location is 10/10 ! Just 2 roads down from Bangla Road and still very quiet. Everything is nearby 7 11, pharmacies, shops, bars, restaurants. Also since they did not have an elevator in the hotel, they always caried all of our luggages even it was 3 small steps ! I stayed here for 3 weeks and everything was perfect. The beds are comfortable, AC unit is new and keeps the room very cool, there is hot water (which never runs out). The breakfast in the morning is delicious as well (and such a good variety of Thai fruits). They cleaned the room every other day (or as often as I wanted). Cook and Nan are wonderful hosts, probably the best I've ever had at any hotel. They did everything they could to make my stay comfortable. I honestly felt like I was staying in a 5-star hotel with the service! Before I arrived, I asked if there was a table on the balcony for me to work from and there wasn't - but Cook put both a table and chair out there for me before I arrived. He went out of his way to fix the TV for me when I told him it wasn't working. He lent me his motorcycle helmet for several weeks (without charging me a dime). I accidentally stained the sheets and he never charged me for that, which he could have (and has happened to me at previous hotels). Cook and Nan even dropped me off at the bus stop when I left, carrying all my luggage for me. They made the stay unforgettable for me and it was a joy to wake up to their smiles each morning.
