AMAZING!!! service, the staff was so helpful: they let us check in 5 hours earlier free of charge and with a smile on their face, they helped us book taxis and trains, they even ran after my taxi when I forgot my phone there, they took care of our backpacks after we checked out because we weren’t leaving Bangkok until late at night, they welcomed us with a genuine smile every time we came to the reception, and I could go on!! The entire hotel, including the room, was super clean, very calm and quiet in the hotel which was nice. The aircon was SO good, do not underestimate how important that is in Bangkok!! and I would really say we got much more value for money. The hotel is in a safe and calm location, I (24 yr old girl) felt safe walking there at night alone, it is an 8-10min walk to ICONSiam shopping centre, and there are 7/11s right around the corner. I would recommend this to everyone..! To the staff: thank you so much for being so helpful and kind to us :-)))) we will definitely stay with you again when next time we go to Bangkok.

Checking in was a bit slow but very personal and attentive . We had 2 suites at the tower club (lounge access ) , very clean suite , nice bathrooms , the furniture a bit outdated but still charming and the VIEW , just amazing ( 54 th and 58 th floor ) , again my daughter's BD was taken very seriously with cake delivered to our room and personal messages from the staff . The lounge at the 52 nd floor was wonderful , you could sit there all day and just being pampered . The staff is superb all over the hotel . Truly a delightful visit. We were very happy to be back to Lebua , our last visit was way too long ago .

Staff was really helpful and speaks English. Bed is really comfortable. Room is spacious. Location is great
