The free transfer to and back from the hotel was amazing considering the general insane prices for taxi(200 baht) saved us almost half cost of the day. Su -the driver met us at the pier with a sign of my name on it. The hotel workers especially the receptionist(Air) are very helpful and friendly. Helped us with motobikes and snorkeling trip arrangement. Everything was quick, comfortable and no issues at all. Bed size is big, room was cleaned everyday.

Everything was beyond excellent and our stay was smooth and amazing. We stayed at B2 room (the one which has bathroom and bedroom on one level) and it was fantastic. Super comfy, big bed, room was spotless clean. Every day our towels were changed and room cleaned up. We also got water bottles every day. The staff is very helpful and polite. Because we came for our honeymoon we received a complimentary bottle of wine and a vouchers to one of the restaurants which was very tasty. The taxi from and to the Pier on our arrival and departure was arranged by the hotel and it was also complimentary. We also rented a bike from them and gave our laundry to be done without any problems and for good price. 100% recommended! If we will ever come back to Koh Tao this will be our place to stay. Thank you very much!

We managed to get the last room before it booked out and I’m not surprised. The location is stunning with the bar and tables backing out onto the beach, wholesome details like the hammock and book exchange make this boardwalk hotel feel like home. But the staff were the best thing about the experience. From the minute we arrived going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable after our long transfer, swiftly sorting our rooms and offering us advice on what to do and where best to get things. Entered and customers and left as friends. Couldn’t recommend this place more if you want a chilled place to stay in Ko Tao!

very accommodating staff, helpful. The dive school is a gem, and it was great to have a nice place to stay and do the dive course at the same location. Everything you could possibly need is nearby, 7-eleven, bike rental, pharmacy, good restaurants, fruit smoothie shops and more
