the hospitality of the staff is perfect, they are attentive, helpful, professional, you get a warm feeling and you feel very welcome when you enter the hotel. The rooms are neat and clean and are well maintained by the chambermaids. There is a neat swimming pool on the roof (37th floor). There are also plenty of restaurant facilities in the hotel. The breakfast buffet was perfect, it was all well organised. We really enjoyed this stay and would love to come back.

The Grand Hyatt was right in the center of a busy area but walking through the front entrance makes you feel safe, secure and relaxed. An oasis feeling that you could just stay in the hotel an enjoy the facilities. This is possibly the most crazy location in Bangkok during Songkran water festival. Need water canons - Thousands to buy here. There is a tower that sprays the crowds with a firehose heree too. Total Fun!

Bed and facilities super clean! Comfortable and worth value for money. Showers had hot water and breakfast was very good. Big suitcases wouldn't fit into the locker but it was fine being stored in the room as others did the same and it was safe. Location was great, walk to platinum mall, central world and onesiam. BTS station really close like 2-5min walk - across the street n up the stairs.

It is quite close to the malls MBK, Central world, Siam..There is also a free shuttle which takes you to the local markets or to the BTS station. My daughter particularly liked the free popcorn and apple juice at night. I also loved the free dinner by the roof too pool provided every night and I absolutely loved the free photo shoot in Thai clothes and the free head massages.

The rooms were very clean, the beds were spacious and pillows plush and comfortable. They provided amazing turn down service. We were given new snacks each night and they were delicious! The staff were all professional, polite and efficient at their jobs! The hotel also provides a buggy to go to Siam Paragon (in essence Siam Square) running every 5 minutes up til 10PM - from there it is a < 10min walk to Central world. That service is efficient and on time. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel!

The location is good, near central world and platinum, and pratunam. The staff were great as well, excellent service! the room is comfortable too and thou the gym is abit small, it is still well equipped! Massage parlour downstairs and a 7 eleven nearby as well!
