I had an outstanding stay at Riva Surya! The staff truly goes above and beyond, always attentive, incredibly polite and genuinely helpful. Every request I made was handled quickly and with a smile. They even booked a taxi for me several days in advance to make sure I'd get to the airport on time on the marathon day, and when I checked out, they double-checked the room to ensure I hadn't forgotten anything. The location is fantastic, right across from Beit Chabad which is very convenient if you need a kosher restaurant or a place to spend Shabbat. The hotel is in the lively Khao San area, full of great bars and restaurants, yet the hotel itself is perfectly quiet. I slept amazingly well every night. Honestly, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Highly recommended.

The location is incredibly beautiful, right in the center. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If you are planning a trip in Bangkok, it is very easy to reach everywhere. The pool was nice and enjoyable. The rooms were very clean. We also thank the receptionist for helping us with many issues. If you have any questions, they will fix them. The rooms were very spacious and we had a super comfortable bed. Despite some roadworks happening outside, it was super quiet and relaxing. Beautiful rooftop pool and great buffet breakfast with good variety. The staff were also super helpful.
