Starting from the check-in, we knew we were in for a treat. The holiday decorations and atmosphere were awesome and the staff offered gift bags and a treasure hunt to my kids. Truly incredible facilities throughout this property- biggest kids club I've seen at a hotel and a fantastic splash park where the kids loved to spend time. The breakfast is superb with massive spread of different cuisines. They were very accommodating to any requests we made in the room or during the visit. Unfortunately didn't try the gym but it looks fantastic from the outside. Walking to Orchard road takes about 15 minutes and the hotel provides shuttles to the main shopping hotspots. I will recommend this hotel to any family visiting Singapore.

Perfect location, decent size room, comfy bed, desk is good for working on the laptop and nice view of the pool and city. We would always stay here whenever we're in town. Link to Tanglin Mall is a great addition for quick catch ups over coffee and meals. Shops at the mall are very convenient for you to pick up one stuff you need. Fast check in and out. Service is great.

Good breakfast, very close to metro (just cross the road in front of the hotel), room is clean and spacious enough for Singapore, good value for money. The hotel is connected to Tanglin mall, easy access to supermarket and coffee shops, nice staff. Will definitely come back to stay if visit Singapore again.

Hotel is very beautifully designed. Superb location.walking distance to Orchard road shopping centres like ION, Tangs, Wisma, Takashimaya, Isetan, Wheelock and Tanglin Mall. Not only are the rooms, state if art gym, beautiful pool areas, spa very clean, they are also well designed. There are many thoughtful details and the amenities smell great.
