The hotel is above 3 stars level, actually it's 4 stars level! The rooms were new or renovated, very nice! The breakfast was very good and rich, the spa center of the hotel was superb but you could use also the spa center of Ensana (former Danubius) Hotel if you used the underground tunnel. All in all it was a perfect stay in a perfect location, for sure we will come again.

The food was very good (we took breakfast and dinner). The view was spectacular. The service was good. The Spa area was never too crowded. Parking was available for a fee. The location is very good, close to the center and there are a lot of hiking possibilities around.

The receptionist is super friendly, she provided all info we need and we might need. The area of the hotel is large, it consisted of two buildings. The room that we got was really nice and spacious. If I remember right it was 213, not so sure. It has a huge balcony with comfortable beach chairs that my daughter and I love so much. Food was also great, fresh tiger shrimp with acceptable price. Most of the above, the staffs are so awesome, they made us feel so welcomed and they always smiled.

Great location, close to Ursu Lake but not so crowded. 5 minutes to center. Enough parking, big rooms, opened only 1 month ago so everything new. Personnel very kind. Walk-in shower.

It is a very nice location on a silent street. The apartment we stayed in was large, comfortable and modern. At the time of our visit the water in the lake was cold but we could have a very nice salty bath at the property in the ciubăr. The host offered all the guests coffee and lemonade outside on the terrace. The location is not very far from Ursu Lake, so you can walk. We liked everything so we will come back.

I liked the staff, very nice and kind people. They made us feel like home. They provided towels, changed the bedsheets, everything we needed for cooking. Very good Wi-Fi connection and the area has many beautiful places to visit (Ursu Lake and other lakes, Belvedere Tower, wellness center, etc).

Excellent value for money, we've been to Sovata so many times, and we paid much more for far less. The room was big and clean, large bathroom and they clean the rooms every day. Free parking and breakfast were a very nice bonus. It's also very close to the Ursu lake.

Location was very good, next to the city hall but 15 minutes walk to the Ursu Lake. Apartment was very clean, spacious, with 4 rooms, and had everything you need. Communication with the host was also good. I also found a parking place next to the building. For a holiday with your family the Maria apartman must be take into consideration.
