I liked everything, the room service was great. Several option for breakfast. The restaurant was really pleasant. The spa was great, sauna, swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, very relaxing.

Everything. We've stayed at this hotel twice before and we highly recommend it. It has the kind of elegance not seen since the beginning of the 20th century. At the same time it has all the modern conveniences. The rooms are huge and so are the bathrooms. Many of the rooms have their own sauna. The views are unbeatable, the breakfast is excellent and I could go on and on. They also have a big playroom for kids. A special mention for the amazing staff who go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I mention in particular Claudia and Robert with whom I interacted the most.

perfect location and amazing hotel. the staff was very helpfull. rooms are very clean. room was big and balcony with the view of mountain perfect. also spa was so good with big pool. when i need to come to brasov again, absolutely i will stay this hotel. !

The service was absolutely splendid. It was a large space with an extremely opulent bathroom , almost appearing like a hot tub ! The food was delicious ( I strongly recommend the chicken wings )

The staff was incredible. Falicia was so nice. When the gondola was not running, she drove down to pick us up and brought us right to the front door. Breakfast was very good. The room was very comfortable. There was music on the terrace during the afternoon which was great. Location near the top of the mountain was amazing. Nice walk to the top with incredible views. Stayed for 2 nights and it was fantastic.
