Friendly staff, fair prices, good location, very clean. The room we stayed in was newly renovated and very modern. We did not have time to stay for breakfast so they prepared a package for us. Also once I got home I realized I had forgotten something in the room and they were very helpful to solve this for me.

A very nice place to stay in the mountains. Extremely close by car to Lake Balea (about 15-20 min drive) and the highest part of Transfagarasan. Fresh air, comfortable beds and a peaceful atmosphere. There is a relatively large parking lot, sufficient for all guests. The hotel also has a restaurant where you can have dinner or lunch.

An exceptional destination. The attention to details is something to remember. Every element from the room and public spaces has been chosen with great care and this is visible throughout the entire resort. From the moment you enter the property you feel like you enter a different world in which you can relax and unwind. The sound of the river nearby is so therapeutic. We would be happy to come back and enjoy more days at Castelul de Lut.
