I had a awesome stay at this hotel during my one night visit. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure that my every need was met. The bar was a nice place to relax in the evening, and the breakfast in the morning had a great variety of fresh options that really started my day off right. The room itself was elegantly furnished, making for a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel also had a spa and pool that I didn't have time to try out, but I'm sure would have added to the overall relaxation and luxury of my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience.

Since the reservation step, everything went exceptional. They read all the messages via Booking and they made all my requests possible (early check-in, kettle request, etc.). The room was spacious, very clean, air condition working very well (both cold and hot options), a comfortable bed like you feel at home, TV with many international channels, a very very delicious breakfast with many options like a brunch rather than a breakfast. During my stay at the hospital, my luggage was kept in secure and on my return, I could again reserve a new room. And lastly, the location of the hotel is perfect. You take the Red/Vermelha line from the airport and the last stop "Sao Sebastiao" is in front of the hotel.

All the staff were excellent, the reception desk always very polite and the female bartender during my stay was lovely I am extremely impressed by the staff and facilities in general and will likely come back.
