The view from the room. It is just nearby metro and bus stations, shopping mall and the sea coast. The staff was really helpful, replaying to my requests pretty fast.

Beautiful room, decently clean, wonderful views. Slippers, nice towels, comfortable bed and a lovely swing by the window. Great teas and drinks, big terrace, fantastic location with a local bus round the corner taking you to the city center. Wonderful for walking and a quiet stay away from tourists. Lovely staff, way better than years ago. The hotel has improved in my opinion, though the prices also increased significantly. Restaurants don't have the greatest choice, but there's plenty of restaurants around the hotel and of course in the center. Reasonably short walk to the metro Oriente, about 10-15 min, where you have many buses taking you straight to Rossio and Cais do Sodre.

Although it was only for one night, it was a very comfortable room and the hotel has the best facilities I've seen in Lisbon so far. The breakfast buffet is top notch and the location is excellent, across from Oriente subway and train stations, next to Vasco da Gama shopping mall. What else could you ask for? This is definitely the place I am choosing for the next visit to Lisbon. I forgot to add that is only two subway stops away from the airport. Very convenient.

the location for me was great! The hotel was spacious and it had a parking which was an important factor for us as we were traveling with the car. The water pressure was great at the room. Breakfast was sufficient and the room size, although it could be considered small was ok for us.

Excellent location. Well maintained. Lovely breaky. 3 mins from Oriente station- bus, train, metro Oceanarium & Casino literally next door Vasco da gama mall is a good shopping point open till midnight.
