Transport from the airport was smooth and Marcos is great. Check in was fast and Andres was very helpful with all the questions I had. Maria was also great. I am so impressed with all the services they include for free: transport to and from the airport, welcome drink, fruit basket and bottle of water. It is just amazing.

The staff wes very kind. Brakfast was excellent, they also provide gluten free food. Room was very nice and light in the room functions perfectly. The view from the window was nice and the window curtains were adjusted well. There were refrigirator and coffee (tea) maker in the room. It was very pleasant in the room. The hotel is in very convenient location and near the metro station
