Nice stuff, very clean, welcome surprise, great pool, very friendly for family

A hotel on a quiet street in a central area but away from the hustle, yet with excellent transport connections to tourist attractions. The metro and bus stops are just across the street, with a beautiful park nearby, small grocery stores, eateries, and two large supermarkets very close. Comfortable beds, quality bedding with no detergent scent, which I really appreciated. Very clean room and bathroom, with good quality toiletries. A good hairdryer as well. There is a flight path over the area, meaning occasional aircraft noise. We really appreciated the excellent soundproofing of the windows. Good breakfast. Perhaps a bit repetitive for a longer stay, but the food was always fresh, tasty, and plentiful, especially the fruits and cakes. The best Pastel de Nata in the city! The lobby bar serves good red wine and a delicious tuna sandwich - served warm! Highly recommended! Exceptionally friendly staff, both at the reception and in the dining area. The people here truly good at their jobs! It’s hard to say when we’ll be back in Lisbon, but when we do return, we’ll definitely stay here again. And now we know what to recommend to friends!

Stopped here several times, ideal location for the metro to the airport,pleasant and helpful staff,good breakfast,and most important rooms are super clean.

Absolutely perfect! Great location, nice staff, sparkling clean room with all the necessary amenities! I had free transport from the airport and we were able to book transport to the airport for 20€.

Superb location, away from the chaos but close enough to walk to it in 30 mins or so. Extremely well connected to 3 different metro lines. First room we were given was a bit tight but they gladly changed it for us. Lovely staff and super clean in and out of the rooms.

The staff was really good and helpful and made you feel as a 5 star hotel does. clean and really good and beautiful rooms with a nice bathroom , one of the best breakfast buffets in Lisbon i now for sure , if only you could get breakfast twice a day
