The staff and the element of surprise. No spoilers here though but these small things we were able to discover and experience were amazing! The duplex suite was grand! Poolside view was worth it for the sunrise… The staff is SO kind, generous, respectful, well trained. They blew us away each day, and were honestly what made our trip so pleasant!!! They handled a rude customer gracefully too. The fitness was a blast, nice technogym equipment!

Great location, close to Alameda metro station - so very easy to get to from the airport. The apartment is functional and well equipped, enough place to put down your stuff, even a desk in each room. During the night it's surprisingly quiet, so we slept well after spending the entire day at WebSUmmit

The location is great, it’s near Alameda metro station with two lines - red and green one The kitchen is a great plus if you want to grab breakfast - the owner should invest in more cups or bowls (cause there are two at the moment)
