The hotel is so amazing we were trully sad to drive away. We really hope to travel back one day. I will recomend for my family and friends to stay there also. 10/10 nothing to complain about, had such a great service and stay. My 23rd birthday was the best! Thank you!

Literally everything: apartments, aqua zone, sauna, outer children playground, basement playground, breakfast. I recommend this place!

On arrival we were greeted by a friendly and efficient receptionist who directed us to our room. The room was bright,warm and spotless with tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. The well stocked supermarket, which is part of the same building, provided us with whatever supplies we required including great beers and spirits. The fantastic ski storage and drying room is without fault and our equipment was also ready for the slopes each morning after the previous day's activities. Accurate directions from the receptionist led us to the bus stop for the ski bus. It is so nearby! Leave reception and when you reach the road, turn right and it is 80 metres or so to the stop, which is indicated by a small blue sign on the metal railing outside the adjoining hotel. This bus brings you to Terma Bania and the ski slopes, which is the first stop. Extremely convenient! The bus timetable is on the gable of the ski rental shop beside the bus stop. The restaurant which serves breakfast is fantastic. Once again, spotlessly clean and the staff are efficient, polite and friendly. There is a great selection of buffet fare which more than satisfied our appetites. We chose to eat here the majority of the evenings too as the varied menu also provided a fantastic meal and the drinks selection was great too. This coupled with excellent waiting staff made it a wonderful dining experience. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here and have no hesitation in recommending others to stay here. As for ourselves, we are already looking forward to a return visit!

The Apartment was absolutely gorgeous, really comfortable, spotlessly clean. Breakfast was really nice, really decent selection on offer, everything from cold meats to fruits to hot selections of breakfast foods, pancakes, omelets, tasty breads and pastries. The dinner options were exceptional. Over the course of the few nights we were there we tried the chicken burger, the rigatoni, shrimp salad, apple pie, shrimp in chili, the bao buns with shredded beef....everything was absolutely delicious. A special mention to the lovely waitresses who looked after my son and I in the restaurant, they were super helpful and funny :)
