Termal Bania was fantastic. The lady with name Zusanna in reception was so helpful and so kind

The hotel was close to the thermal baths and the slopes. The evening restaurant food was great and we had a great time sampling the local vodka 😋 Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and modern. The games room was a nice touch to have a game of pool, table tennis and table football. The gym is a tad small but perfectly useable with all the equipment you need. The ski storage area was great too. We don't generally go back to the same place twice but I'd be tempted here as it was perfect.

The hotel is perfect. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Also I have enjoyed the breakfast, which was very delicious with various dishes! The SPA zone is also good! The staff is extremely polite, and they are real professionals!

### Accommodation Review **Location** Very easy to find. Located close to the main street, yet the street noise is minimal—only noticeable on the balcony, not in the room. There’s a pizzeria right on the main street and a Biedronka supermarket nearby. 10/10 **Hotel** The hotel is very nice, with a new and cohesive design. Architecturally, it’s a beautiful place. The upstairs rooms feature amazing balconies, while the ground-floor rooms have small, cozy terraces. A security guard is stationed at the main gate until 10 PM. Although they don't provide detailed information about the accommodation, there is a contact number for the host, who speaks Polish and English. 10/10 **Booking and Payment** The process is quite complicated. There are definitely simpler methods than sending separate payment links and information about the accommodation and the codes for accessing the hotel. All information is provided in Polish and English. If you don't understand these languages, you might face significant difficulties accessing your room and the garage. 5/10 **Parking** Perfect, with an underground garage accessible via a code. Exit without a code. Accessible by elevator. 10/10 **Room Access** Accessible by elevator and stairs. The setup is simple and suitable for strollers, with no unnecessary stairs at the entrance or in the hallways. The apartment is 100% wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service during our stay. 10/10 **Room** The room is beautiful, perfectly laid out, and furnished. The designer had great taste. Everything is clean and new. The kitchen is in the entrance hall but is very well done, not obstructing entry to the room. The balcony is perfect for relaxing, with two tasteful chairs and a table offering a nice view. The bathroom is nice and clean, though there was an issue with hot water availability—only available in the morning as the boiler couldn't meet the demand.
