The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. I had trouble calling my car rental company so they called them and connected them to my room. I thought that was great.

The room was very clean and with a lot of space. They cleaned the room every day while we were away and made the beds. I asked for a different pillow and they brought me one the same day. It is not in the center of the town but you can get there by tram in 12 minutes ( 7 stops). The tram stop is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The Italian restaurant Pino at the hotel is excellent and there are two more restaurants and coffee shop and bar which is very convenient. A plus is the huge gym and the swimming pool which you don't get easily in hotels in the center of the city.

Excellent staff , we felt special from arriving, it was my birthday we were upgraded to a better room and a birthday cake followed later , products and facilities were everything we needed , room was spacious, warm and cosy, great stay! Would definitely recommend and return.
