My stay at Hotel Sante in Warsaw was absolutely perfect! The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help – I truly felt welcomed and cared for. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, and the location is great for exploring the city. But the highlight of my stay was definitely the spa center – hands down the best sauna experience I've ever had! Everything was top-notch: the atmosphere, cleanliness, facilities, and overall relaxation. If you're looking for a place to truly unwind and treat yourself, this is it. Highly recommended – I’ll definitely be coming back!

As always we had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service is fantastic. It is a beautiful hotel and has a great location. The room itself and bathroom were very spacious. The room was nice, warm and cosy. We love to stay at the hotel whenever we come over from Ireland to visit my family in Warsaw. We especially like to come over in winter. The Christmas decorations at the hotel were gorgeous and the pianist playing at the reception also set the mood beautifully. There is a Christmas market nearby and there is always something going on. If you're staying for Christmas time I recommend Carols concert at Royal Castle.

Superb design (matter of taste of course) soft closing doors ample rooms with fridge and bathrobes AND - halleluja - a shoehorn. Rooms have a wooden floor and corridor is carpeted (quiet). You have a yoga mat in the room! Superb breakfast very friendly and helpful (and charming) staff. And I could go on this place stands out for me as among the very top in 40+ years of travel. Yes and it is close to the city center.

Great location, great view, wonderful modern stylish room. I have just booked last minute in Ibis after the management of an apartment nearby decided to cancel my reservation because I was not able to pick up their key before 18.00. These days, a hotel worth the price you pay is no different from another. What then sets one hotel apart? The manner in which the hotel treats its guests. It’s human touch. Raffles Europejski Warsaw has abundance of this. I must commend all the ppl fm the Reception and Concierge including Magda, Michael, “Voitek”, our Butler “Franceska”, and a lass trainee who checked us in expediently and others whose names we do not have. Mr Bartek fm Concierge was particularly outstanding. All the breakfast staff were excellent too, especially Jacob. The housekeeping and other hotel staff also did a very good job!!! Tq too to the Front office Manager Mr Arkadiusz Walfisz for his hospitality and professionalism. We had a wonderfully happy stay!!!
