Everything was perfect, They gave me my room earlier,free welcome drink, amazing staff in the reception especially in the morning shift the boy with black hair,he was so gentle. My room was big and nice,the breakfast was amazing super delicious and so many opinions and the boy who is host in the restaurant he was super friendly. I stayed in many hotels in Poland,I can say now that Puro is the best hotels in Poland.

This quirky hotel is an easy walk to the old Market Square of Poznan. From the moment we walked in the door we were very well looked after. The staff were organised and our room, the Havanna Room, was ready early for us. The room was spacious and filled with light. The bed comfortable, the kettle and small fridge was appreciated. However, the breakfast was next level! Plenty of cold items, but hot food selected from a menu. Excellent! We loved our stay here and would stay again if we return.

Fantastic localization near few steps to Rynek Gl. Room was silent, clean with all needs facilities. Fast Wi-Fi connection. Amazing breakfast with many variants (everyone find something delicious). Kindly, helpful and fantastic crew - everyone guests will feel in this hotel like at home. It was my another time spend in this hotel and it is my mandatory accomodation in Poznan.
