Upon arrival, we've got an upgrade to our rooms and early check-in. Also, we've got a late check-out. This is something you can't count on in the western EU countries. The staff was great, the rooms comfortable and very clean, and the breakfast was exceptional. Once more time has proven that the hospitality of Slavic countries is beyond extraordinary. I will recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to Warsaw.

Everything! Comfort, cleanliness, ambiance, breakfast, it was all great! We were also able to request for a late checkout and then leave the luggage at the reception as our flight was in late afternoon which was really convenient. The restaurant also serves amazing food and the waitress was really nice and smiling!

Brand new hotel, very clean both at the common spaces and in the room. Live piano music at the lobby makes you feel like you are in a very luxurious place. The stuff was friendly and very nice, they even managed to check in us early and check out later. A very small cute thing to mention is that even though the rooms weren’t equipped with a coffee machine, the hotel provided a filter coffee set with the coffee from a local Polish producer… was quite a good discovery. The breakfast was abundant and super tasty, kudos for a full menu with vegan options !!! Overall, outstanding stay :)

Excellent breakfast. Room was clean, modern, new looking and comfortable. Nice shower. Location was perfect...very close to downtown/oldtown. Good value overall.
