The staff was amicable, always willing to help. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with a different dishes and not only western food. Location is perfect, near the airport and next to the mall. Spa and pool amazing. Best place to stay in Puerto Princesa.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very very good, a lot of choices , also for people with dietary restrictions. They have also delicious lunches and suppers. They offer several tours (to underground river, Honda bay tour etc.). I enjoyed swiming in the swiming pool.

The property was exactly as the photos showed. It was all very clean, the restaurant was beautiful and the staff were wonderful - so friendly and happy to help. The bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable and the pool was fantastic!
